Dd and I plan to visit Rydal Mount in August. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Dove Cottage and Wordsworth's House on previous visits to the Lakes, and felt that the guided tour of Dove Cottage really enhanced our visit. But the Dove Cottage guided tour was inclusive of the entry price. The guided tour at Rydal Mount costs a lot extra: it would be £40 for the two of us, instead of £12. Is it worth while?
