Somerset - near bridgewater, any recommendations for things to do?

Am toying with a last minute break over Easter weekend and wondered what the 'must visit/ do' things are in this area.

Any locals around?

Obviously depends on Weather but Weston Super Mare is great if you have small children - donkeys, pier, musuem, etc.

Somerwest World (Butlins) at Minehead is great fun and you can buy a day pass. Wonderful water slides/amusements.

Clarks Village at Street, mainly shops but also playgrounds/merry go round etc.

Wookey Hole / Cheddar Gorge.

here Geography not too good but if you have DS's this is a fab day out.
