Overnight stay in central London can u recommend something unusual/cultural

I've got an overnight stay in central London on my own end of July. I want to make the most of it. Can anyone recommend something cultured/ unusual to visit in central London early evening mid week. I'm not bothered about eating as can grab something. I've done oxford street, Covent Garden and Leicester sq to death over the years.

Dennis Severs' House in Spitalfields? Not far from Liverpool St and open Monday, Wednesday & Friday evenings. One of the things I keep meaning to do.

you could go to the box office in Leicester square and pick up last minute tickets for a show. English National Opera for the evening? what about going on a wine tasting evening?

If the weather is nice, what about the Chelsea Physic Garden? It's open until 10pm Tues/Weds eves in July & August.
