First night out and away from home as a couple in 5 years. What can people recommend to do in Manchester tonight please? Places to eat and drink for a couple in their late 20's +bars to drink in etc

I like spinning fields. Sitting outside at the Oasthouse? Cocktails at the alchemist?
Or northern quarter

Were stopping pretty much in the city centre near to the print works but sitting outside somewhere sounds nice.
