Woburn or Elveden for 1 year old?

Husband and I are looking at either Woburn or Elveden Centre Parcs for our first family holiday with our son (who will be one when we go).

Which site is best for activities for a one year old? We all love swimming so a good pool is essential. I would also like some activities for me (mainly the spa Grin) would love to hear your experiences/recommendations.

Thanks.

We went to elveden a few weeks before DS turned 1 and honestly it was pretty hard going. There isn't a great deal to do apart from swimming if the weather is rubbish.
It is a pretty expensive holiday for a child that age.

We went to Elveden a couple of years ago when DD turned one. We had a great time (but it was late November so they were starting all of the Xmas jazz). We have been back since and still enjoy it. We went to Woburn not long after it opened and it was still bedding in- the trees were still saplings etc. Also had a great time and going again this summer. I believe that the spa at Woburn is excellent (I know a few people that use it as day guests).
