any ideas for a cheap/reasonable holiday?

We're looking to go away in the summer holidays with friends. Ideally would love to stay in a farm house/ cottage, would need 4 bedrooms. We've both just had babies so money is tighter.We live in Surrey so south is preferable. Any ideas?

check out ebay. we got our last holiday through them - in Sidmouth on a private holiday park. was fantastic and v.cheap given the august dates.
