ssd, have you heard anything yet? Our cheque was cashed on 16 Feb and we still haven't heard anything.

If they have cashed your cheque at least you know you've got a holiday. You will get a letter with the details of your holiday from the actual park you have got the holiday with, IIRC can be quite some time after cheque is cashed. If the helpline is open on 1st March you'll probably hear something just before or just after then.
