Center Parcs: Elveden or Woburn?

We have just returned from our first ever visit to Center Parcs (Whinfell). We enjoyed our mini-break a lot and we want to book again for October Half Term 2017.

We have looked at Woburn and Elveden but we cannot decide which is 'best'. We enjoy the subtropical swimming paradise a lot and love water slides so that is a big factor in our decision.

We would be grateful for some opinions, especially from those who have recently been to both.

We will be staying in a 3-bed/ensuite executive lodge (with sauna).

Elveden would get my vote. Children's facilities in my opinion are better and overall it has a more family feel. There was a large conference on at Woburn when we were there so lots of people on mobiles/laptops.

Elveden by miles. Been to Woburn and it's not a patch on elveden. The woodland hasn't grown enough, it's hugely hilly, small and somehow they haven't got the customer service right. Truly don't bother.

Elveden and Sherwood are very similar IMO.
