Accomodation with sea views in Devon or Cornwall

Am currently looking to book summer hols for next year. Have an idilic image in my mind of hubby and me sitting on a patio/veranda with a glass of wine watching the the sea once our girls go to bed.
Any recommendations (for 4 people) of properties you may know for this?
Not bothered where really but not Wales, ideally North or South Devon or Cornwall.
Internet searches providing tricky to pinpoint what they mean by sea views so would love a personal recommendation.

Crantock bay appartments are lovely, pricey but worth it.

Hi op. We stayed in a really lovely flat in Perranporth Cornwall this year.
It's set on the clifftop with the most amazing views of the sea and beach.
We liked the fact that the village is only a few mins walk down the hill.

The flat itself had two bedrooms with a huge living room with windows looking out to sea. The kitchen also had sea views.
It was spotless, and very comfortably furnished.
Not sure how old your children are, but I don't think it would be suitable for babies or toddlers, as there were no cots or high chairs there.
It was Droskyn Castle, flat 12, and the agent is Duchy Holidays. They are based in the village itself.
We are thinking of booking again for next Sept.
