Lake District hotel with a swimming pool!

I'm planning to take dp and myself away for 2 nights in July to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary!

Any recommendations for a nice Lake District hotel with swimming pool??!

here is a good site

It lets you tailor your search slightly, including the area you want. If you go for the Windermere area, there were a couple fo hotels there with pools.
I have just booked DH aand I three nights in a lovely guest house with king size four poster etc.

The lowwood near ambleside is lovely

I stayed here about 4 years ago -
whitewater
and it was lovely. There is also another hotel in Newby Bridge - thisnks it imaginatibvely called 'The Newby Bridge Hotel' that has a pool / spa.

I'm from the lake district and I know the best hotel around our area is Ladore Swiss hotel and it's in one ofthe most breathtakingly beutifull valleys in the whole area.
