Good place to stop between London and Lyme Regis

Travelling from London to Dorset, near Lyme. Suggestions where to stop for lunch and stretch legs? Kids are 18mo and 5yo and will be in all likelihood melting a bit after a couple of hours

We always stop at Stonehenge.

Are you going A303 or via M27 / New Forest?

Moors Valley country park is nice if you go via New Forest.
