A child-free trip to Winchester

We're going for two nights this week.

Weather forecast is glorious

What should we do? Other than have an immense lie-in, leisurely breakfast and zonk out at the hotel pool

I love Winchester, I'd just wander! Down the river to the NT water mill, round the cathedral. I've done a Jane Austen tour which was great.
