Hotel with pool near an attraction

Can anyone recommend a hotel with a pool near an attraction in the south of England please? We had a really nice two day break at the hotel next to Marwell Zoo with two days at the zoo. It wasn't too expensive and really easy to organise. Can anyone suggest somewhere else?

I stay with Q hotels with work a lot and they are offering reasonable deals on family breaks (kids under 4 eat free, milkshakes etc) in the summer hols. There are 26 locations and I think most if not all have spa with pools that have 'splash' times for the kids. There is one in Kenilworth so near both Warwick and Kenilworth castles. I'm sure the others may have good things to do close by.

Just realised you said South - the ones in the Soth don't look that great location-wise.

www.marwellhotel.co.uk/ It was good, really close to the zoo, not posh but did the job and had a small pool and sauna. Just right for us.

Warwick might not be too far, I will have a look. I have always wanted to go when they have the falconry there.

Try Village Hotels. Few decent summer offers. We stayed at Coventry which has a pool and was close to Warwick Castle and Drayton Manor

We stayed in a premier inn type place about 30 mins from LEGOLAND and it had a pool.
