Airbnb any hosts out there?

I have self catering properties and at the moment advertise partly with Tripe adviser/Holiday Lettings but am very fed up with them putting such a big booking fee on for the guests. Has anyone experience of letting through Airbnb? It appears they just take 3% from the host is that right? Have you had many bookings with them?
