Butlins or Haven? (now I've put it in the correct topic)

Where would be best to go in mid May Mon-Fri?
Family break with sil, bil, dn, mil, sfil, dh, me and ds1 & ds2.(2 kids will be 27mths, 1 will be 9mths)
Butlins Minehead - Two bedroom apartments Self catering from 4 nights in May £153.00 per apartment.
or
Devon Cliffs which is Haven for £137.00 in a caravan.

Or is there an alternative?

as it's mainly adults would go to center parcs and pay the extra.

we did butlins minehead when dd1 was 26mths and it was a nightmare from beginning to end - they were so so excited that we didn't enjoy ourselves.

not done haven but its along the same lines.

Hi, would recommend butlins. Have 2DS age 4 and 2. We divided the day into 2. daytime for the kids and evenings for the adults. Because by teatime, kids are always shattered and will sleep thruogh shows. Got an extra 20per cent of this weekend too

I think it has been decided now for us, sil want's to book Haven, just waing for mil to get back to us saying she has booked the time of work. We have 3 Havens where we live already and Devon cliffs isn't that far from us anyway, just a bit further along the coast. It feels just a little too close to home for me and dh, we'd like to have gone further away, although the kids will think we've gone half way across the world
