Somewhere i've always wanted to go is Farweather Grange, in Yorkshire. It's on the hoseasons site - they have lodges with four poster beds, jacuzzi bath, outdoor (heated!) hottub and do 3 night breaks...

That's if you want self catering type...

First time round, we went to Dublin. Was over xmas, so similar weather to November. Cold, but beautiful. We swam in the hotel outdoor pool (heated!), wandered round looking at xmas lights, lots of soppy things like that.

Second time, me and dh got married in secret and just had one night at a very posh London hotel. Loved it, apart from the morning sickness!

Or, how about seeing if there's any properties with the Landmark Trust you fancy? They have some great buildings; castles, watermills etc. Very romantic.

We liked the Golden Phesant in Burford in the Cotswolds - big open fires to enjoy a bottle of wine in front of!

i like the idea of our own cabin instead of being in a hotel

pmsl! Wear swimsuits!

kittylette · 17/01/2007 20:53

im confused tho, it says 62 per night

but seems to be packages that are 599 and such

From £62 a night, and the packages are for extra things. I think you click for avalibility at the top, pick your week and number of nights I think... and it tells you a price. The ones with saunas are abit more I think...

kittylette · 17/01/2007 22:36

is the 62 perperson?

i put the dates in and the cheapest is £455 for 4 nights

which is too much for us as it doesnt include food and its only 4 nights
