Self catering accommodation Kent, Sussex or Dorset

Am looking for a cottage to rent for May half-term week which will take dh & 1, our two daughters (2 & 6 mths by then) and my mum. Ideally would be close to the beach - and won't break the bank. Anyone got any recommendations?

Thank you for your responses....we've decided to rent a cottage near Bath - but will definitely keep hold of your suggestions for next year!
