Winter Holiday ideas in Cornwall with 3 year old

I'm looking for ideas of places to go for 4 days ish between now and end of March in Cornwall. There will be three of us including ds who is 3. The sort of thing we are looking for is as follows:
Self catering and reasonably comfortable in winter in case the weather is bad.
Indoor pool
Childrens play area
Not too fussed about where in Cornwall apart from it being reasonably scenic.

Its not essential that it meets all the above criteria. I am keen to get recommendations as there seems to be a lot available when you search on Google and its hard to know what to go for.

www.tredethick.co.uk (sorry can't do links) is fab, but gets really booked up so may not have anything. Indoor pool, 2 indoor play areas with sandpit, soft play etc, outdoor play, animal feeding etc . Gorgeous converted farm buildings with log burners and every convenience.

Fowey. Lovely little town on the river - loads of boat trips - gorgeous places to eat - nice shops - good beaches for beachcombing and winter walks. Not too far from Eden and Heligan which are both worth a visit. A bit pricey in summer but should be much better in the winter. I can't recommend anywhere particularly as the place we stayed in is shut in the off season but there is plenty of choice. Restormel Castle is worth a visit - if you aren't too scared about LOs and heights!!

Not quite so far to drive either as it's only just over the Devon border.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm going to go for Tredethick as it looks like it should suit us well. I see what you mean about availability. Luckily I'm after a winter break so it is OK. I can't believe they have already booked a lot of summer 08!.
