Northern good standard Family hotel

Hoping wise MNetters can help

We've stayed at Calcot Manor, Watergate Bay and LFH (Woolley Grange) all which have been super for us

Great children's facilities
Nice properties
Pool
Being able to have dinner with baby listening facilities that give real confidence as they're on video etc.etc.

Can anyone recommend anything like this in the North? We're in Yorkshire and want to try and not have to travel so far.

Any ideas please?

Smaller than those you've mentioned but we love it here - The Swan Hotel in Newby Bridge (South Lakes). Its more of a family boutique hotel, but has a lovely pool/sauna etc, spa, restaurant and outdoor play area and is set along a river. Its in easy distance to Fell Park, South Lakes Aquarium and Boat Ferrys across the Lakes.

This looks great but see it's closed due to the flooding.

Do they have a baby listening service?

Oh how terrible I didn't notice that. I was hoping to go in August wonder if they will have recovered by then. So sad for these companies.

However in answer to your question, yes they do/did have a baby listening service. We have never used it but was available.
