CENTER PARCS WHINFELL - ANYONE BEEN RECENTLY, HAS IT BEEN AFFECTED BY FLODDS?

Were looking to book this for Easter 1week April - But not sure if it has been affected by the flooding ie. activities, accommodation etc.

I've not been recently, but I shouldn't think so. There isn't any significant water flow through the parc and it's on a fairly elevated site. Don't think there were any issues in Penrith which is the closest town. CP sits fairly well outside the lakes themselves. If you are worried then give them a call.
