Family Caravan Holiday's, The Best Deals?

As a family we love visiting caravan parks throughout the UK for summer holidays and short breaks. These usually work out a lot cheaper than trying to take the kids abroad, and a part from the weather not being guaranteed the kids seem to enjoy themselves a lot more.

I know this type of holiday is not everyones cup of tea, but you can usually find some good deals. I have found booking with the owners direct can also work out a little cheaper, depending on what deals the parks have on at the time. I found a site which looks fairly new www.lowcostcaravans.com which seems a lot easier to navigate than other sites out there and you can contact owners directly, and I have also found some cracking deals through Park Resorts also. Is there any others out these which are good?

As most of us are on a budget, it's always best to see what is out there and its always good if you can share these with friends as someone always knows a deal that's on to save a few pounds :)

I often use breakfree holidays. They sometimes have offers themselves, often run newspaper code deals with the Mail or local papers. With the local papers people usually share the codes (usually bucket, sand etc) on the web so you don't need to have the paper. Last Easter we paid for a week in the Easter hols in one of the premier caravans with central heating and 3 bedrooms for £250, would have cost over £650 booking directly with site (Haven). They usually run a deal early Jan I think.
