London late night shopping Mon

I have a night in London and could do with going clothes shopping-do the shops open late on a Mon? Rain forecast so I'd prefer a shopping centre. Office is near Chancery La/Farringdon & hotel is near Blackfriers/Southwark-is there anywhere easy to get to?

How late? Monday nights are tricky, esp in that part of town.

The shops in One New Change seem to be open until 7 or 8, depending on the shop. Otherwise I think it's probably Oxford St (8pm closing I think, for the department stores).
