Falmouth and Looe with a toddler

Hi,
I'm heading to Falmouth for a few nights and on to Looe with friends next week, Any top ideas for great days out that would entertain a busy 18 month old and ten month old ?

there is a nice beach at Looe and rock pools over at hannafore on the other side. a bit of a drive (20 minutes ) is tamar valley donkey park which our 3 loved when they were little. also the monkey sanctuary just outside looe.
