Hi, can anyone recommend a quiet peaceful beach in North Wales? I'm looking for a hotel/cottage to go to for a few days.

Llanbedrog near Pwelli is lovely. National Trust, cafe and loos. Beach huts, woodland walks, a pub near by and a lovely art gallery and cafe too. We were there last week Smile. Lots of other lovely beaches nearby. Lleyn peninsula is great.

The Llyn has about 8 beaches scattered around. Head for Aberdaron at the tip of it and you will not go wrong for what you want.

Thank you! Smile

Could you recommend a hotel/cottage/accommodation please?

The Penbryn Bach at Aberdaron is a sea food restaurant is owned by Roger, who also rents out a number of cottages around the peninsula. Phone in the evening and someone will be able to pass on any request, but they do get busy at this time of year for rentals. 01758 760216.

The Gwesty Ty Newydd hotel over looks the beach, and is quite quiet.

But an excellent place is The Lion at Tudweiliog just out of Aberdaron here. Right beside a beach.

If you do go to the Lleynn ensure an evening at Roger's restaurant at least.
