Posh camping or cool boutique hotel with kids - nearish to london

Our house sale fell through this week and I'm a fucking bad mood. Was planning on camping in early july but actually think we need more of a treat.

Does anyone have recommendations for a really posh campsite with food on tap and lots to do or a cool boutique hotel that doesn't cost the earth (thanks, but no thanks Mr & Mrs Smith) that we can reach in 2hours or less from south london??

Take a look at wye valley as they do glamping there. Alternatively, see what cool camping offers around the southeast. No idea about availability, but if you can bear to travel by train, take a look at Brighton. YHA have opened a new hostel on a grade listed hotel and they do family rooms.

The yha Brighton is booked months in advance. We booked a year ahead.

Mill Farm Glamping in Devizes Wiltshire is lovely but pricey!
