Birmingham city centre to Drayton Manor WITHOUT car

Hi,

Am thinking of going to Drayton Manor while visiting rellies in Birmingham for the May bank holiday weekend (from London). Just booked really cheap train tickets to Birmingham but it means I will have no car to travel the 16 miles (according to Google Maps) to Drayton Manor from the city centre. Is there a coach or a train I can take? Or any ideas how much a cab would cost? Many thanks!

I know there are local buses that go to Drayton Manor. You might be able to get Bus/train into Tamworth itself then another bus to Drayton Manor.

If it's school holidays their is usually a bus that runs several times a day.
