Newborn and 15 month old routine! help please!

Hi. Was wondering if anyone has a routine for children of this age gap. I'm due in 7 weeks and I'm getting more and more worried that I'm not going to be able to cope Sad my husband works 12/13 hours a day and often home after our daughter in bed. ?? any help would be appreciated
