Farm stays good for kids within couple hours of London

Any recommendations for farm stays within a couple of hours of London? Ideally self catering and with things like egg collecting for the kids. Even meet ideally lambing. And even more ideally within a 30-45 min drive from the coast.

its further than you wanted (about 4 hours from London) but we stay HERE they feed the animals twice a day and the kids help collect the eggs. its about 5 or 10 minutes from the sea. my kids really loved it when they were little - giving the donkeys their breakfast was a real hit. It has an indoor play place for when it is raining which we always find very useful. also have a look at some of the farm stay websites including cartwheelholidays.

Again further than you want but we love Clydey in Wales.

Same here - a bit further than the couple of hours but definitely worth it. We've been a few times and DD raves about it constantly.

I thoroughly recommend the farm, cottages and the area.

Oh we would love this too! Bumpity bump. We would ideally like it to be closer to London than Cornwall.
