How long does it take from Wembley to Waterloo?

If a concert finishes at about 11, will we have enough time to get the last train from Waterloo at 2345?

Even if the concert ends at 11 (might overrun!) you've then got to get to the station with all the thousands of other people trying to get the last train too! There will be crowds getting onto the platform, crowds getting on the train - I would really recommend you find an alternative way home, and don't rely on that last train. Timewise afaik, yes you should be able to get from Wembley to Waterloo in 45 minutes, but you won't!
