We want to take DM for a fairly naice dinner for her 50th.

We looked at the grand, looks lovely but a little too expensive.

Also need to be toddler friendly, oh and it's Easter weekend

Any ideas?

I will have a think for you...

Does it need to be formal dinner or afternoon lunch?

Proper restaurant or more casual?

Which day of the Easter weekend as that will change the available menu for a lot of places?

Finally, in Eastbourne only or can you do surrounding areas?

I may not come up with anything but at least this will bump it for you and might help other people Smile

Thanks, prefer evening of the Monday

Mum lives in Hastings DSis in Eastbourne so somewhere in the middle would be fine

Have heard good things about Brickwall a Hotel in Sedlescombe

Yes you would need to book at the Brickwall.

Cooden Beach Hotel used to be very good, not been in quite a few years though.

I will keep thinking.
