Its not for 16, but you could combine the Farmhouse and another cottage. The pool is nice there

In Wales there is a demand for comfortable and luxury accommodation for groups and that type of accommodation is known as a bunkhouse. There are some 4 and 5 star properties which are on farms or near open countryside so plenty of space to wear the kids out.

have a look at both of these websites - bigholidayhouse and groupaccommodation they specialise in properties for groups of 10 or more everything from bunk houses to luxury. we have used the site a lot and found it easy to pick a place to suit the group we are in.
