Chances of pregnancy

Hello. I am just wondering what you ladies think about this. I have conceived once before (had sex once in a month on my ovulation day) and I am now ttc again. I had sex twice the day before and day after ovulation, do you think it's likely I could be pregnant again as it only took one try last time? I have since had surgery to remove endometriosis from my tubes and I am really worried this will have affected my fertility (I know it's meant to improve it but I'm so paranoid). I can't test for another 11 days and Im going slightly nuts! Anyone have experience of getting pregnant in the first month of ttc? Thank you ladies.

With my first child I got pregnant straight after coming off the pill so within 2 weeks. This time it's taken 4 months to conceive however I don't have endometriosis so not sure on that front

Yep, twice. Lightening apparently does strike twice.
