We had booked a 4 night Sun holiday in Cornwall for October's half-term (for the sole fact that we had never been able to get anything ever when searching before lol) and as luck would have it, we are now moving that week and can't go. Now I know it states in the Sun conditions that there are no changes but has anyone had any luck at getting Haven to move the holiday dates? Even for an admin fee? Or if I could show to them that we are definitely moving that week and haven't just changed our minds? Or would I be better off just accepting that we've paid out and now can't go?
