Ideas for short break with wild 20 month old?

We want to go away on a short break with our DS.
We were thinking of cbeebies land or lego land but not really sure if they're suitable for our DS.
He is crazy, loves to run climb on everything, we went to a parrot zoo the other week and he grabbed a parrot an wouldn't let it go, so maybe not anywhere with easily grabbed animals!
He LOVES swimming aswell!
Any ideas?

If you are thinking of cbeebiesland dont forget there is a great waterpark at alton towers. How about doing one each day and staying overnight either at the hotel or a nearby campsite?
