Places to eat in London near Lyceum

We are taking Ds1 to see the Lion King at the Lyceum for his birthday treat next weekend. Ideally we would like to get lunch somewhere first preferably near the theatre as the show starts at 2.00pm. Nearest tube is Charing Cross I think. Does anyone have any recommendations either round there or in other parts of London that are not too far away by tube?

You are on the edge of Covent Garden, so there are lots of restaurants - how about Zizzi, further up Bow Street?

Thanks, what sort of food is it? Is it good?

I know there are loads of places round there but I don't want to end up in some rip-off tourist trap with awful food IYKWIM.
