I know loads of Mummies want the solution to this, and I have it! I started the most incredible journey almost 3 weeks ago and just have to share it. It would be very mean of me not too!
I've already lost inches and over 9lb in my first 2 weeks. But most importantly, I've never had soooo much energy, nor felt this healthy! I'm sure you can sympathise, as a mummy to 2 boys ages 3 and 5, I need all the energy I can get!!
So now the weighloss is well underway, does anyone know of any free/cheap exercise classes/groups in York?
