After some tips as the visit Blackpool site is a bit vague... Want to take my 15 month old to see the lights. It will have to be in the last couple of weeks when they come on at 5. My childhood memories of the Viva overheating rule out driving through so I want to walk just one section so he sees something. I seem to remember animated tableaux being at the north end, and for me these were the best bit, but can anyone tell me where exactly, if they are still there? Also any advice on where to park? I need to plan well as he is normally on bed and asleep by 7 hence needing the 5pm switch on and to be parked fairly near the best bit!
I'm northwest so could make it in a day but any tips for an overnight stay to combine a visit to Blackpool zoo?
