To be really peed off that Virgin Mobile have just imposed a tariff increase

I have heard of this happening and despite calling Virgin and making clear my displeasure it appears there is nothing I can do about it except opt out of Virgin at the end of my contract - next January! Grrr! Is there really nothing else I can about this?

Every phone company does it and has done so.

I'm afraid I have had it happen with t-mobile and my only advice is to suck it up.

And when your contract ends buy a GiffGaff SIM card and reap the financial benefits.
