Family Hotels good with special diets

Beginning to think ahead for next year now this summer is almost over. Does anyone have any suggestions for nice family hotels (swimming pool, kids teas, kids club) who are good with special diets. We went to the Chine near Bournemouth this year but would like to go somewhere else next year.

We go to Bedruthan Steps and they were always very good about ds1 and his milk and egg allergy (which fortunately he has outgrown). Had soya milk/ spread / always have that swedish glace ice cream stuff and would keep meat out of the gravy for him.
