Does anyone know anywhere god to stay in London, I'd only be going for 3 nights and I'd be bringing my DC's aged 13,13,3. Not self catering. :)

Premier Inn, London County Hall. Right alongside the London Eye. We've stayed there loads with DD (8) and love it.

Does it do breakfasts ? If so are they self service or not ?

Yes, self-service (and free for kids under a certain age).

Nicole1976 · 19/04/2014 09:33

Do you know what that age is ?

Not off hand, no. If you google Premier Inn and County Hall you should be able to find it though. Their online site can also give you a quote for the dates you are looking at.

I think it's under 12

Nicole1976 · 19/04/2014 09:42

Turns out the age is 12 , good for my 3 year old but not so good for my 13 year olds who will eat an unbelievable amount at an astronomical cost. :/

Easy hotel, several around London, clean and cheap. No breakfast but plenty of cafés for something wicked, and you can pay with what you have saved, sometimes county hall can be eyewateringly expensive

What are you going to be doing? Might affect which bit you stay in - even central London is a fairly big place.

I agree with forgetting about hotel breakfasts. Theyre so expensive and London is teeming with great breakfast places. me and DH had a night in a London hotel recently (we are Londoners but had a rare night off from kids Grin) and paid 17.95 per person for a contintental breakfast Shock. mental note to never do that again!

Premier inn in London is easily £100 a night :(
