Lake District recommendations for Easter/May half term

Just that really- would like to go for about a week 2 adults 3DC and a baby. All my google searches are coming up very expensive.

We're happy to be very basic could camp in May but not Easter-brr) but would like to be in the lakes not 20 miles away.

What sort of prices are you after? And sny areas in particular?

up to about £400 and anywhere in the lakes, I likelike borrowdale, langdale and ullswater.
