Myself, dh and 2 boys aged 6 and 8 are off tomorrow for a couple of days going to snibston, conkers and the national space centre. Our hotel is in ashby-de-la-zouch.
Can anyone recommend nice breakfast cafes and restaurants for early evening dinner for families? We like most things and because we've got a phenomenal bargain on the hotel and tickets wouldn't mind (within reason) spending a bit on food. Equally we're not snobbish, and cheap and cheerful works well too!
