Cottage called Seawater. Very nice and good quiet but central location. Suspect pricey-ish in school hols though, we went in term time. Has parking included, a few mins walk away - gold dust!

have a look at the cornwall tourist board site as all the places on here will have been inspected. awaywiththekids is also a good place to look but lots of places are now booked up for half term due to the changes in school holidays out of term time. had real trouble booking this year ourselves.
