Hotel in north Northumberland / Scottish Borders?

Can anyone recommend a really great, foodie, hotel in top end of Northumberland or the Borders, needs to be under 1.5 hours from Berwick, for a potential couples only night off while we ditch children with the GPs.

These two are both ideal and very romantic for a rare couples weekend away! Eshott Hall and Windlestraw

I have stayed at Doxford Hall but it has changed hands since, so no idea what it is like now.

Nice at the time with a nice pool and hot tub.
