Hi, can anyone recommend an excellent hotel 4/5* about 3 hours north of the south coast for New Year. It has to have an excellent restaurant and a cosy lounge with a log fire:-) I would love it to be for me but it is for a friend who is travelling back across the channel from France, on the way to NW England.
