Hotel chain child policy

Just booked a cheap hotel for me and DS1 (3) but have booked it online as 2 adults. Should I be worried about this? There will only be 2 of us sharing a room, but one is not an adult.

The deal wouldn't work if I put in 1 adult and 1 child, which I didn't think was very fair!

It's not a child-free hotel or anything, do you think I need to check-in covertly?

Usually a hotel will be annoyed if it was the other way around, ie an adult being booked under a child's name. The hotel will be fine with it trust me.

I've done it.
Im a single mum of 3 and book as1 adults 2 children. Weirdly many hotels won't accept 1 adult 3 children on their website.

Thanks, just worrying for nothing then!
