Have childfree weekend this weekend.
Obv don't much care where we go (AWAY is the point, rather than TO 
) but we have one night in lovely country pub near Eastbourne, and then one night in Eastbourne because the pub couldn't put us up for two nights
DH now worried that Eastbourne is totally geriatric (based on colleagues going 
at him) and a crap choice so I need some suggestions to reassure him. Is it nice? Good suggestions for eating/things to wander to or round would be much appreciated...
