I have stupidly missed the deadline for booking a 'sun' holiday and am now looking for ideas as an alternative. My mother and I have a week off from 22nf July and want to take ds1 (5yo) and ds2 (18mths) away. We don't have much money so needs to be cheap and cheerful but preferably where there will be plenty to occupy the children. We were considering going camping but am a bit concerned what it would be like with ds2 especially if it is rainy. Any recommendations would be appreciated. We are in Bristol but happy to travel a bit.
