We're a family party of 10 looking for a decent self-catering property near the coast in Devon or Dorset. Ideally with heated pool & child friendly garden but less fussed if it's really close to a beach. We need 5 beds (6 adults & 4 kids) & Budget is £5k tops - any suggestions?

Burton Bradstock is a great village where the beach is within easy walking distance. The Old Monastery has recently been refurbished and has a pool. Also Norburton Hall has a collection of cottages where you can mix and match according to the size of your group.

The beach has a great cafe and the pubs with restaurants are child friendly.

Hi there, I work at The Victorian Barn in Dorset, we are 30 mins from the coast, but we have a great indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, gym etc. The 4* luxury accommodation would ideally suit your needs. Please take a look at the website www.thevictorianbarn.co.uk Thanks. Charlotte

Thank you but we have just booked somewhere just outside salcombe. I have kept details of norburton hall as it looks ideal but booked when we need it this year.
