Northumberland....where to stay?...

Really want to go to Northumberland in July this year...
Looked at beadnell and sea houses.
Would like somewhere on the coast near Alnwick And other touristy places.
Any help gratefully received!

Annstead.co.uk has lovely cottages right across the road from a quiet sandy beach. Love it, my fav place on earth. And they take dogs. Between Seahouses and Beadnell.

we stayed in Bamburgh (google Bamburgh beach house). It was fab and Bamburgh itself is stunning.

Edmundbyers is lovely and a good base to explore.

Keilder Water - anywhere around there is gorgeous

Craister is lush as well

In my fantasy world, I'd live on the cliffs overlooking the estuary at Alnmouth.
